A seasoned executive in healthcare management, Riley's extensive background in handling complex, multi-modal care systems has finely tuned his focus on optimizing patient outcomes and provider experiences. Riley's professional journey before founding TCHC saw him in pivotal roles at several healthcare institutions. As the Head of Operations at Apostrophe, he was crucial in scaling the company's operations during the critical pandemic. His efforts facilitated a successful merger with Hims & Hers in 2021, a partnership that expanded access to specialized telehealth services and personalized wellness products.

He also excelled as the Head of Operations at Phil, where he implemented technology solutions that streamlined the prescription process for all stakeholders, ensuring that patients receive medications swiftly and economically.

His career began at Nurx, a telehealth service focused on women’s health, where he was responsible for operations that significantly increased accessibility to birth control, STI testing, and other preventive health services. His strategic direction contributed to Nurx's growth, culminating in its acquisition by Thirty Madison in 2022.

Armed with a decade of experience in healthcare operations and telehealth, Riley recognized a vital need to connect hospital care with continuous outpatient support. This insight led to the creation of TCHC, which bridges the gap, ensuring that discharged patients receive the ongoing care they need without the risk of falling through the cracks.

TCHC works closely with healthcare facilities to streamline the discharge process, manage chronic care, and prevent unnecessary hospitalizations. Upon accepting a patient, TCHC’s dedicated team assumes responsibility for comprehensive case management and care coordination. Raised in Irvine, California, Riley pursued his higher education in New York, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Syracuse University. Outside of his professional life, Riley enjoys culinary pursuits, aiming to create Michelin-star-quality meals for himself and his spouse, Aaron, and spending quality time with their dogs.
